The condo owner owns the grass field in front, the beach front with three fire pits and then tideland rights to low tide. Spectacular sunsets! There is also community indoor storage for bikes/kayaks/paddleboards that is secured. The property itself is situated in the little seaside resort town of Birch Bay which has restaurants, cafes, shopping, a brewery, nearby waterslides, kayak, paddleboard and golf cart rentals and is also in a golf cart zone. 1.5 mile level walking along the "berm" alongside the beach on a mostly gravel pathway. Four golf courses are nearby.
