This light and airy, well maintained condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms separated by a surprisingly large living area and the fully fitted kitchen. It has 10 foot high ceilings. The kitchen and bathrooms have light Corian counter tops and dark wood cabinets. Although the stove is original, the other kitchen appliances were new four years ago and the A/C was replaced in 2021 as were the washer and dryer. The owner has created an extra room by extending a wall and adding double doors, which also gives this unit its unique entry hallway. The principal bedroom has a four piece ensuite bathroom and two closets as well as immediate access to the large lanai, which faces west across the smaller part of Vivante’s lake and on to Charlotte Harbour. The view is beautiful all day, but of course, the Florida sunsets are often spectacular. The guest bedroom has limited access to the second bathroom and as you can see from the photos, is large enough for four bunks beds although currently it is fitted with a queen bed.
