When you walk into this condo, you might feel you’re entering another era – it is, throughout, a thoroughly modern home, but the aura is undeniably art deco. White, silver grey and black decorations and furniture and boldly designed door handles and lighting installs. You will find this unit is meticulously maintained. There is a great room from the kitchen to the lanai, a wonderful and spatial realm to enjoy your own private time or to share with guests. Ten feet high ceilings and eight feet tall doors throughout. Vivante is 3 miles from historic Punta Gorda and the Tamiami Trail, 7 from I75, a couple of hours from Naples to the south and Sarasota to the north, and just three hours from the Mouse. Far enough from all that noise to be truly tranquil yet close enough for all the fun stuff to be quickly accessible. Punta Gorda also has its own airport, PGD, which directly serves many communities elsewhere in the US. This condo is delightful; Vivante is waiting for you.
