It is time to start living the lake lifestyle in this gorgeous lakefront home on the serenity of Burncoat Pond, a fully recreational 116-acre lake, yet it is very peaceful and charming. Located across from the Burncoat Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk thru the fields and woods to the waters edge. This 3.5 bath home was distinctively planned, including an oversized primary bedroom. Impeccably maintained with water views from every window! Large 2-car garage...The sunroom is absolutely stunning, an ideal spot for morning coffee that leads to the Trek deck. West facing...spectacular sunsets!! Additional rooms and a Murphy bed for overnight guests and family to enjoy. All this and a covered patio with a Tiki bar!

Spring into summer! Either enjoy this lakefront lot or build your "Dream Home" on beautiful 80-acre Secret Lake. Since there are no gas engines allowed, only 10 HP electric motors, it is great for kayaking and paddle boarding. It is no "secret" that there is nothing like lake living! Minutes to Route 2 and nearby shopping at North Quabbin Commons...yet far from the busy lifestyle. There is a great lake community that provides an additional beach area, gazebo and picnic area for large family gatherings. Percolation tests have been completed. Annual association fee of $450.00 for road maintenance and plowing.
